What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We are shipping our products via Registered Air Mail, locally via Itella SmartPost and Omniva delivery service.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! When you place an order at our store and enter your address, you’ll see international shipping options which will calculate the shipping costs for you. Base fare starting from 8€ and cost depending on product class.

You should also factor in any import duties, VAT’s or other taxes when picking up your package.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

International delivery via Registered Mail usually takes 6-20 business days, depending on destination. Local delivery via Itella SmartPost and Omniva normally takes one working day.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We support several payment methods, which depend on what country your payment account is located in.

You’ll see which payment methods are available to you on the checkout page, before you submit a an order. After you select your country, all of your payment details will be shown.

We accept International Payments via PayPal. Local payments are supported via Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske, LHV, Kreedipank banklinks.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We are keeping the buying online risks as minimal as possible. Here are some points to keep in mind as well.

  • We are not collecting your credit card details like card number, holder etc.
  • All payments are processed by Paypal or payment processor dependent on your country.
  • Check your physical address and contact details like phone numbers, addresses etc before buying.
  • Remember to log out of your account after making a purchase.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
Go to cart and check your goods and quantities. Please fill all required fields like name, delivery address etc.
Select suitable delivery method and payment option.
Click on the ‘Place order’ button and follow the payment instructions.

Orders placed via the web store are processed on workdays M–F 8:00 – 17:00.Orders placed later than at 14:00 on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can always contact us via email kangotekstiil@hotmail.com if you want to change the order. You can cancel your order within 14 days from placing the order and we will withdraw the full amount paid.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can shop and checkout as a guest.

How Do I Track My Order?

You would get a tracking code via email of Standard Registered AirMail delivery from us after currier has picked up the goods.

How Can I Return a Product?
